Str: I wanted to have some back up with melee weapons. Currently I have hatchets, cultist daggers, spears, cultist blades. Really anything crude or simple. No tech weapons.

Per: bow perks. All of them. Crossbows are good as well and probably will be more useful again SB or the queen.

End: keeping with the Bosmer lore cannibal is a must and rejuvenated is amazing. And coupled with other perks it lowers your overall weight since you don’t have to carry so much food.

Chr: lone Wanderer is always a good pick. But bodyguards is an amazing replacement. Bloodsucker goes with the theme of the Bosmer. And plays really well with cannibal and rejuvenated.

Int: was odd. As I can’t confirm that gunsmiths durability effect works with bows with them not being a gun. So maybe another perk in int is better.

Agi: all the normal sneak perks, ninja should help in situations where your close enough to use it. There close bet better perks to replace it with.

Lck: luck of the draw is placeholder in case gunsmith doesn’t apply. All the others are staples with the current meta so no need to change.

*perks to consider. Sturdy Frame, blocker, bandolier, strong back,butchers bounty, (green thumb, only if your picking fungus), exterminator, night person, night eyes, iron stomach, slow metabolizier, natural resistance. Just to name a few. Tbh there are a lot of worth perk go use with this build.

A few rules regarding the build. This is a zero tech build so no lasers, hacking, stealth boys, or general firearms. Bows/ crossbows only. Keeping with the Bosmer green pact rules. No plant based items. So no gardens, no plant based drinks. Meat only. Fungus is allowed.
