I all. Im sorry if this has been answered before but im getting some serious stutter when im out exploring the wasteland. In most areas its fine im getting a constant 60 fps but then if I hit a certain area of take a modded weapon out the game will freeze, go to zero fps, then clime back up to 60. This issue does not happen in interiors, only exteriors. Im not quite sure what is causing this but i have attached my system specs and mod list below. Any help us greatly appreciated!
