Why are note muting themselves?

Hey guy, I just started producing again recently after taking a couple of years off.
Anyways, I’m using fl studio (obviously if I’m here) and I am using serum for a bass right now. I’m just trying to do all C4 quarter noted right now but the first third note kind of mutes itself and then it sounds like every second note is getting muted.
I’ve never had this problem before and and I’m pretty clueless what to do so any help would be greatly appreciated!
