I purchased a SR after going through a freaking saga with a sovol machine, and then i got an ender7 and the damn thing didnt work out of the box. These SRs seem to impress a lot of people. Im hoping it can just print out of the box.

What firmware is loaded stock? Marlin? Extruder upgrades? I figure the stock one will work for a while. Ive always had direct drive extruders and this one is a bowden.. any upgrades for the bowden to reduce headaches? Can you reposition the extruder to be above the extruder instead of to the side? Any good direct drive replacements out there?

Out of the box I figure 100-150mm/s. Can it really do the 200mm/s stock?

Ive seen where the power loss feature writes a bunch of memory.. I can flash Marlin to turn this feature off.. is the SR open source? Or am I going to run into issues like on the creality machines?

Whats highest speed you are getting with comparable quality to the other machines out there?
