I tried calling TL to get a clarification on their policy for exchange was told I had to go in store because itās discretionary to the manager. Spoke with Dawn who was not helpful at all. I just want to know if I exchange a product that I got on my first time discount, could I exchange it for another product(higher price) and pay the discounted difference or the retail price difference. She just kept pushing me to the store, when I was kindly why they couldnāt clarify over the phone or if I could speak with a manager, I was told I was being ādisruptiveā. I just hope TL can pull the cal and witness the absurdity of service I was provided..
