Does a few months make that much of a difference with Water Hash?

Question - Does a little over 4 months make any difference in potency or quality? The Miami location has an older batch with better numbers compared to the batch and WPB. My first instinct was to go with the better numbers but I wasn’t sure if it anything begins to breakdown and lose is potency and/or quality. I believe it’s stored frozen so I would like to think know but thought I’d ask those who may know. Thanks in advance for the feedback.
