So the ATF Reference Guide for FFL dealers says it is ok to sell a firearm to someone who has residences in more than one state; ATF Reference Guide https://www.atf.gov/file/11241/download page 199, question B-11. Why can't I find a FFL in Palm Beach county or Northern Broward that is willing to handle a purchase. This is a NJ/FL situation.
