Had to make new Xbox account and start over - error messages when trying to purchase XP pack. Desperately need gym time and sparring. Plz help

This is my first account in years that records fights and maintains a record and I got tired of having 0-0-0 as a record despite playing as long as I have. Have tried to buy xp for my OWC fighter and keep getting error messages…. I’m not asking for boosting — I’m simply asking to come to someone’s gym and spar because none of my friends play this game. Shit I’ll cash app you a 5er if I have too 😂 (jk) but it will be much appreciated
