Do you consider property in your FIRE calculations?
Post Body
Trying to think more seriously about FIRE this year. Seeing lots of people further ahead than me but I am late to the game.
I have a decent pension but not much of a savings pot! Therefore, wondering how people calculate their property asset (the home you live in) into your fire calculations.
Iโm guessing as the value of it is illiquid to me, I canโt include it until I sell / downsize. Would appreciate any ideas though
