Fps problem after the latest game update

Few days ago I updated the game on the Steam. After that I started to have fps problem. Before that it was all great.

It’s: Intel i7-11800H 16GB RTX 3050TI

There shouldn’t be any problem with that system. And there wasn’t any problem before the lastest update.

Before you asked, I did all the settings for fps at the pinned post and still nothing changed.

Is there anyone else having the same problem after the lastest update?

I’m waiting for your answers.

Edit: I have just seen the post about same problem but I couldn’t see any solution. If there is any, could you share it with me?
