I got Fifa 22 recently from Gamepass via EA Play, installed it on my PC and played for over 30hrs. The game ran at native resolution (1920x1080), medium render, auto MSAA and no FPS cap. It ran smoothly and I only had occasional stutter (specially in narration getting bugged, dragging itself as if my headphone was badly connected and causing audio stutter, which I checked and was not a problem as it works perfectly) at the start of some matches, but 95% of the game ran smoothly. Never had any issue.
Then I found out that I had to reinstall the game entirely to get the Brazilian Portuguese narration (my native language), so I did. But since then, the game is unplayable.
It takes far longer to launch, reacts to commands very slowly on the menu, and whenever I start a match, it gets extremely laggy, the narration is extremely stuttery, with constant interference, and the game itself is unresponsive and extremely slow, as if I'm playing on slow motion. I lowered the resolution to the mininum, capped FPS, put render at auto, launched the game with nothing open on the PC, and even tried reinstalling it after deleting everything at the documents folder, but the problem persists.
So far the game is unplayable. Does anyone had this problem? Or something similar. And mostly importantly: Does anyone know how can I fix it? Google hasn't been very helpful...
Thx in advance.
