Hi everyone,

I started a RTG with a created club in manager mode and have finally made it to the premier league! I was hoping once I made it I would be able to buy top players after I had the funds to do so. I've saved up to buy Mason Greenwood but when I go to start negotiations I get the message that the player is unwilling to move to a league not capable for his skills, which doesn't make sense cause I'm in the same league as Manchester United. I thought I had to win the league first maybe and after a couple seasons I was able to do so, however I keep receiving the same message. He isn't the only player I've had this problem with seems I can't get a few different prem players and a few others from the Top 5 leagues

Has anyone else come across this problem and would have an idea on how to fix it?
