What settings do you recommend for best graphics and near 60 FPS? My specs are ryzen 5 3600, strix 1070ti, 16gbDDR4 ram 3200 and I use my 4K 60hz UHD TV as a monitor

Edit 3/24: I overclocked my GPU and can now run it with most settings on high and TXA AA at a consistent 52-60 FPS, but averaging 60. I still have shadows on average and NVIDIA Turf/shadowlibs off.
