We are seeking a healer who is interested in hardcore raiding. Our group is looking to put in at least 3-4 hours a day for 4-5 days (generally in the evenings EST) in the first two weeks of the release of Alexander and Alexander Savage, in an effort to push early clears and server firsts. Our group is comprised of top-tier players who have a broad understanding of their jobs, and pride themselves on their abilities.

Players in our groups are expected to:

• Contribute When Able: Crafters and gatherers regularly contribute to the function of our group. We strive to keep our members stocked on food and pots, as well as outfitted with the best gear. If you are unable to outfit yourself we ask that you be willing to supply the people who will be keeping you in good stock with mats. If you are a crafter, we ask that you extend the same treatment as the rest of us to those in the group and make needed supplies at cost instead of trying to line your own pocket.

• Left-Brain Oriented: A mind for puzzles, cooperation, and mechanics. A willingness to spend time on progressing through complicated situations where little is known about the fight as well as speaking up if something can be done more efficiently.

• Experience: Each player in the group knows their class in and out, is capable of theory crafting, and is highly responsive to improvement and change. We are looking for a similar mentality in you, regarding decision making in high-pressure or complicated situations, pushing the highest dps you can, and interacting with others who play your class in a search for improvement.

• Punctuality and Availability: When we say raid is at 8, we expect you to be there and ready to go. Informing the group if you will be absent or tardy in advance, and aiding in finding a suitable sub for the night will be expected. Schedules change and stuff happens, and should such occur and you are no longer able to make raid times a replacement will be sought.

• Personality: This is not a place for drama. Open-mindedness, the ability to have fun even under stress, a willingness to take criticism and have your flaws pointed out by others, and a mature mentality is necessary. While in a perfect world everyone is going to get along with everyone else, we expect you to be able to perform just as well in raid with your worst enemy as you would with your best friend.
