Hi, Crystal-based static TOXIC is looking for 1 Caster for Fresh DSR.

Our raid schedule is Friday/Saturday 9pm-1am EST [including breaks].

Currently, we are: -Me (Omni-tank) -Omni-tank -AST/SGE -SCH -DNC -NIN -Melee

We're a group who cleared savage together, some for multiple tiers, and have cleared TEA in 6 weeks of prog from full fresh. 3 of the group has cleared in PF, and 2 of us have gone to end of P3 during the release of the fight. We have raided together and have meshed well together while being able to prog very efficiently.

We are looking for a raider who has cleared tiers on content, and know what tools their job has fully (mitigation is big). We are looking for someone who is willing to ask about strats/mechs to fully understand so we don't get confused as to why we are wiping and can run into the boss more consistently. As DPS checks aren't that big of an importance with all the newer BiS pieces and relic, we want someone who can perform and also focus on mechanics first if needing to. Feel free to let me know what jobs you can play, as we are fine with any caster. We will want to see logs as well to confirm performance.
