Need help finding a chest piece

Hey guys, I recently made an alt that I want to look like Charlotte from FFBE (see image), and I've found suitable pieces for all slots, except the armor. I did find a couple that would kind of fit, but both have pauldrons, which Charlotte doesn't have, so I am reaching out to you if you know of a piece that looks similar to hers, and of course without the pauldrons.
