Are there offsite servers that you can put a private FFXI server?

I see all these FFXI servers but none really work as intended fully. Some that try to replicate the old style feeling do some oddball stuff like limiting exp rings to special times or just don't have things working at all and decide to leave out some content while leaving in random ones.
So, is there a company that has servers that you can host a FFXI server on?
