Machinest and Time mage are only classes that can cast haste magic... I messed up by putting them on the same character..

I find it pretty frustrating that Red mage can't cast haste.. while Knight, Monk, Red mage, Shikari, and White Mage all have white magic options, the only way to use haste (arguably one of the most useful spells) is on Time mage or Machinest (esper unlock, hastega). Machinest/TM seemed like such a good combo for Balthier, too... like a ranged support, technique user.. I guess I better make room for him on my main squad now...
