Which Passive are you getting for the non DPS in IV?
Post Body

Ok the short note on HE is to go for the dmg passive. Even Eiko wants her damage passive as she (like Yuna) can do some blasting with her HA while healing the party.

But we have three interesting people on IV Eddy, Rosa, and Porom.
None of them are traditionally damage dealers and I'm not sure there is really anyway to enholy them to up their damage. (I sure know I tried with Rosa for the DB)

So the question becomes which of the two passives on their HE to get or do you want two items so you can have both passives? (We are ignoring the stat up for 8 seconds cause... yeah....)

Eddy can get a holy dmg passive but unless JP changes him somewhat the only way for him to deal holy dmg is the bard attack or his bsb cmds. Neither are extremely effective in my opinion and his wake doesn't have BDC (not sure if his sync does). So choosing between dmg up or fast act seems to be a reasonable choice. Further on his hat you have another dmg up for holy but the 40% dmg barrier seems to be in contention.

Rosa has great soul breaks and wrath access. She can often do without spot healing and blast with a white magic spell to hit weakness or simply wrath to keep people alive with SB medicas.
She can overheal often esp if not getting a cap break from her sync. Choosing between her heal up passive and fast act passive is another thing to consider. The fast act actually seems better here as you can wrath faster which isn't effected by allegro.

Similar to Rosa is Porom but her lack of access to wrath means that if she wants to generate bar faster she needs to blast a weakness. Again faster or more healing?

Which passives are you all getting, and why? Is there any one who has gotten HE in JP so far that you didn't go for dmg passives? Can you explain that logic?
