EDIT: Made some changes. Added an include column. If you set a character's 'include' to anything but 1, they will be excluded from the summation. Makes it easier to play around different combinations.

Since I don't have a life, and we are currently enjoying 1/2 stamina mote dungeons, I thought I would see how unlikely I am to farm all the motes I want to. In pursuit of that, I hit /u/lynchpt's FFRKApi (which is backed by Enlir's spreadsheet) to parse character mote requirements, and generated a spreadsheet which lists every character and their 4* mote count.

To work out your total, you can just 'File'->'Make a copy', and delete the rows for characters you don't need/want to farm for. Please let me know if you find any issues. I'm too lazy to actually fix anything but I'd be curious to know ^_^. Chances are suggestions for improvements will be handled similarly.
