Consider waiting a bit for Raines draws

The XIII Raines event drops in about 8 hours, and there's some people will probably consider drawing for one reason or another.
That said, we have the DU Lucky Draw expected in about 5 days, well before Raines will be anywhere near over, and since it consists of V, XII, and XIII, the Raines stuff will be included. If you have a few aims on that banner, consider waiting until the lucky in case the yield there changes your plan.
