So, I had to restore my phone to factory settings because of an error with my storage. I made sure I had my mobage account password and email saved, and I even changed the password to make 100% sure I knew what it was.

The phone is wiped and I redownloaded record keeper. It will not take my info. Not only does it say that my password is wrong, it says my email doesn't even EXIST in their database, which is impossible because I literally have 50 emails from mobage JPN in that inbox.

Am I just completely screwed or is there a fix?
