Which one should I use for Bartz? Are there any situational factors I should keep in mind?

I found that using the Lab Equipment gives a Set Bonus but the one in the red square (I forgot what kind of relic it's called lmao) is slightly better in ATK ( 10). Should I just stick with the set instead? Sorry if this is quite the obvious question!
