Does Yahoo! allow the commish to edit who is one rosters due to a mess up in draft?

Long story short we did an online draft, 2 people kept having issues so we scrapped it but naturally Yahoo! kept selecting our teams... I don't want to have to make a new league but we just did an in person draft today and I cant seem to be able to move players like I should be. Any help?
