Trade when someone has admitted not playing next season

League is a 12 team league standard PPR with 1 keeper. Team 2 have admitted that they have no plan to play next year and therefore the picks are meaningless to them.
Should this be left to ride? Issue is that replacing a manager when there missing two top draft picks may be near on impossible
