Sleepers new feature regarding potential injury

Has anyone discussed with your league on the new sleeper feature about have a back up player if on a Monday some is a game time start and doesn’t start it reverts to the back up player chosen. I believe it would have to be set before the back up players game. Just trying to gauge if it’s worth taking to my league or not thanks fellas
