It’s a $60 2 keepers league. It’s been going for 1 yr and I just took over someone’s team. For some reason the rules is the better you do in the playoffs the higher pick you get. Essentially champion gets 1st place and so on (only 6 teams make the playoffs). Then for the consolation bracket the better you do the higher your pick. Champions of consolation gets 7th pick and so on. So the team I took over got second place in the consolation therefore they should’ve had the 8th pick but apparently ppl were complaining saying new ppl shouldn’t have a higher pick than the ppl already in the league. So there was like 5 new ppl so depending on when you joined you get 8-12. The person that had lost to my team in the 2nd round of the consolation has the 5th pick in the drafted and traded his 1st and 3rd round pick to the player with the 4th overall pick during last season. Also the team I got is buns ngl there’s not a single superstar/1st round talent on the team since they drafted Ekeler and Fields in the first 2 rounds last szn. Therefore the 4th overall pick has 2 better keepers 2 first round picks which are both top 5 while my first pick is 11th and then 2 3rd round picks too which are both better than mine too. Theres so much wrong with this league from how they decided draft order to ppl not knowing how to value draft picks. It’s unfair to the 4th overall pick to take away his other picks since he traded for them last szn and the commish offered a $10 discount which I just felt like not doing if imma pay imma pay the whole thing. Do yall think a 3rd round reversal would kinda even it out? Or any other propositions that could help make the draft more fair to everyone
