Now we get to see the premium version of the new JP 150% amper series! It’s still only one use 2 turns of course (don’t get too wild now) but Cloud actually has the modifier to back it up at 530x without needing specialized external STMRs, which gives him a healthy 81.7t burst. Plus, instead of being hardlocked with an innate element, he gets to only be heavily softlocked by the amp a modboost attached to an imbue - lucky him!

But what’s this? He even got a global exclusive buff? Lets see here…. Wow! A morale-scaling finisher that…. lets him do basically the same amount of burst he already did in clash with his LB? Hmmm. oh, does having the second option let him do a couple of big bursts consecutively? Not really, as they’re both still dependent on the one use amp the turn before.

Anyway, to wrap up the long & short of it, his general burst nets him a 32.0 rating, and his morale skill doesn’t meaningfully change anything so he doesn’t need a separate morale rating.
