Everyone knows Tide Bringer Kaito is a great unit for current Clash of Wills not only because of his breaks but also because he can perfect dispel the boss in 3 different ways: base LB, Crashing Wave, and Purifying Edge.

However, there's some other relevant units that could be useful for your team. Here's some of them:

Wylk: his skill Dragon's Reincarnation (Brave Shift form) remove all buffs from the enemy and breaks (85% def/spr; 88% atk/mag). It chains with Bolting Strike. Click him before your other damage dealers. He has a self 250% human killer and provides 90% def break for the team.

Starlight Elena: her skill Polaris remove all buffs from the enemy, restores her own HP/MP and dispels breaks/ailments applied to her. It has an 8T cooldown though, so you'll probably only be able to use it once. She can also provide AoE 150% human (and demon) killer (needs EX3 for that). Don't forget to equip her Hidden Power materia for more damage, which isn't much but can help.

Cressnik: the king of morale fill (or would that be Divine Beast Chow?). His LB in BS form removes all buffs from the enemy, deals damage, heals your allies and provides an HP barrier for them. After you use it, Cressnik starts filling (more) morale and casting a human killer (100%, but better than nothing I guess) every turn for your team, which is also useful for current CoW.

Sage of Thunder Sakura: her normal LB removes all buffs from the enemy and all debuffs from you allies. It also buffs atk/mag/def/spr/LB damage for your team. Her skill Unleashed Evocation provides a 50% lightning imperil field, so she might be useful for a lightning team (it costs 4 master crowns to enhance it though...).

Beach Blaster Olive: when equipped with het (S)TMR, her normal attack becomes a perfect dispel that chains with triple BS. You're unlikely to use her normal attack because she has better things to do, but units like Storm Seeker Esther and Bulwark can make your units counter. You're not going to use Bulwark for this fight, but Esther has Descharge and Recharge in BS form, a skill that makes your team counter. Don't use that on the turn you're preparing your burst though, or else it'll eat Olive's store ability.

Edit:
Frostblade Fryevia: her skill Aurora Key - Pressure (BS form) removes buffs and then breaks the enemy (85% atk/mag; 88% def/spr). It also decreases light/ice by 135%. It can only be used 2 times per battle.
Berserker Rikku: anyone wants to try a counter strat? Rikku's Crackdown (base form) perfect dispels and chains with Bolting Strike.
Reberta & Ignitos: her LB in shift form perfect dispels all enemies, buffs all allies (removing all debuffs) and recovers HP/MP/LB gauge the following turn. Might be worth it for those who have the damage but still need the perfect dispel or some chains.

There's some other units with perfect dispel, like Lord of the Seas Nichol (base LB) (edit: Kryla is another one), but they're probably not useful for current CoW. Let me know if I forgot any important unit, and good luck everyone!
