Boring, but effective. His SLB might as well be the only active that exists, but with his good passives and 400x mod it’s doing 32.5t as an earth finisher, which scores 30.0. Hope you’ve got some external buffs for him after T4 though.

Element/Race-Swapped Ilmatalle gets, surprisingly, the same rating as Ilmatalle at 29.0. Sure it’s a somewhat useful niche against Human/Insect/Dragon, but the emphasis is on niche.

Ultimate Regina

Now for the interesting one of the week. Regina is tricky to compare fairly to other damage dealers because of how she gets stronger with each teammate who dedicates their action to helping her on your burst turn. Obviously you can potentially have the whole team revolve around her with 5 supports, but that’s not going to really be a fair comparison to others who you can comfortably have a whole group of bursting together. Overall, we figured that in a decent midrange team, having two units with nothing better to do than support chain was a fair average for her.

And as it turns out, even with pretty slim self amp/imperil options, having a ~5000x modifier with just over 10k unbuffed magic and a 600% buff makes you hit pretty damn hard. With her ice-locked Regina Cannon - Final CD on turn 5 (since EX2 means waiting til T4 to set up with the SLB) She’s hitting for ~55.5t, topping the non-morale charts for now and scoring 31.0, even with a slight slowness penalty. Just for reference, her elementless option on the same turn would also hit around 60% as hard.
And just one more time for those in the back, remember that this is an attempt to boil it down to a somewhat average case, but for your own personal comparisons her performance is one of the most variable of any damage dealer based on team comp, so adjust accordingly.
