So, based on the post for the FFX VW with only one team to cap everything, I decided to do something similar to show the single team I used to cap all stages with earth element!

On earth element slot, for the 20% damage bonus:

Kaito, Tsukiko, Esther, Chizuru, Tulien, Sylvie.

For all stages except the last 2 ones:

Kaito: Triple BS chain (shift)
Tsukiko: LB (shift)
Esther: LB (shift)
Chizuru: LB (shift)
Sylvie: Paladin's Offense I've got your back (Esther) Gravel Egg
Tulien: 3x BS chain.

For the 2 Lord of Jewels fights:

Turn 1:
Tsukiko: Earth Mandala
Tulien: 160% imperil
Sylvie: Paladin Defense Stone killer on Chizuru Earth Magnus
Chiz: Taivas' Spirit
Esther: Magnus setup
Kaito: LB

Turn 2:
Same as the 1-turn oneshot setup, except Sylvie uses her shift LB.

Minimal setup for fights, basically only geared for serious killers on the Lord of Jewels fight (which was really easy since Chiz and Esther both have innate Stone Killer). Damage was also quite above the threshold (8b on jewels 999, 13b on jewels 1000) so while Chiz is EX3 with Cool Smile VC, should be doable without it.
