You want meta? Here’s your meta. Tsuki’s breaking wiki records in both regular and morale damage with 48.9t and 88t burst respectively using her shift LB after all her self amps & imperils, giving baselines of 31.0 and 32.0. And if that wasn’t enough, She’s got fullbreaks, her powerful imperil fields, some elemental support for the team, and a few misc things on the side. We gave her a 0.5 bonus for these (let's not be too excessive) putting her final ratings at 31.5 normal, 32.5 morale.

Just as a refresher for how evoke damage is compared under our parameters - It’s currently divided by 4, so is effectively comparing to the other units at 300% killer, except those other units are’t actually having their gear taxed by said killers. So if you’re bringing the right active killer buffs alongside good gear the evokers won’t compare as favorably as they do on the sheet, while if it's for a dual race that's hard to gear for and your buffs aren’t great, they might do better. Overall it should loosely even out.
