So uh, the guy uses his base LB and CD to buff his Shift LB, gets a respectable 381x mod (450x against machines) that’s water-locked that’s hitting for 23.4t, but lack of natural head/chest gear equippability makes his gearing a bit miserable. Rating ends up at 29.5. And uh…. I guess he has an AoE machine killer? Only 100% though.

Neilikka

Neilikka kind of has three damage options that are all fairly similar in potential for us. Her 300x base LB (after CD), Her 282x shift LB (after base LB and CD) with slightly better attack, and her 2100x finisher skill, which generally needs to be used in base form since the lack of ability to equip her stmr in shift lowers the mod to 1400x. Her shift LB is the only one not technically hardlocked to lightning, but using another element means avoiding her TMR and therefore trust passive, losing you 1k flat attack. Against machines or stones the shift LB will gain another 139x mod and be her strongest option though, and she’ll really shine in the exactly one fight that has both of these. Anyway, without race coming into play her best hit is 17.7t, for a rating of 28.0 I’m trying real hard here to expand this out…

And last and definitely least, we have a sad excuse for a wind finisher who has to stack to a 230x wind-locked LB mod, do a whopping 7t damage with it, and then sit in a useless base form for 4 turns. 27.0, go away.

Breaker Reratings

So like, nothings actually changed since the first draft of these I did and I’ve left time for input, but each time I come back to it I’m just like “yeah, this looks kinda fine” and nobody else has really objected to them either so those are just going to go live now and if there’s any problems we can address them when someone brings them up. In the meantime, maybe we can finally get into sorting out these supports! (also it’s almost time for another non-damage dealer bump, but that’ll probably be a couple weeks away since I’m about to go on holiday for a bit)
