Fledgeling Warrior

This new Warrior of Light who can’t quite decide whether he’s awakened or not is fairly similar to Mont from last week as a physical tank who gives 75/75 physical and general mitigations to the whole party. He ends up a little bulkier from higher stats and a bit of actually reliable utility in his on-demand atk/mag buff dispel, element resist buffs, and racial mitigation that’s finally effective and widely applicable enough to actually affect a rating at 75% for 4 races with full uptime, He ends up above Mont at 29.0, on par with EX2 Runda. EX3 Runda might be another story once freely available though…

Marilith

Marilith does a similar sort of thing to Return Nichol/Sakura by boosting a black magic spell mod with SLB CD and then quadcasting it, this time with the more universal BS frames of Fira. She also grants Fira and a portion of the modboost to the whole team for partners, but only gives them T-cast so you’ll need Erinyes ring for a full chain pair. Higher Mag but lower mods puts her a little below the previously mentioned duo, with 8.1t burst with Q-Fira. Her store boosted SLB as a finisher also does nearly as much, but using the stores limits you to one turn of fully boosted Firas instead of two. She ends up at 27.5

(She also has the cute trick of giving Vivi a new spell to reflect that’s about 5x as strong as his previous natural options, but he’s so outdated that it’s not likely to break any damage records still, and is now a 3 unit combo. It's still one of the better non-morale magic options with how limited the field is though)

Immortal Knight Garland

I legitimately only remembered Garland got an NVA and needed to be here like, 30 minutes ago, despite using him for bonus all week, and nobody else in the ratings channels thought to mention it either. Now that I actually look at the kit, wow that’s pretty bad huh. His chaining SLB burst is around 4.2t on T3 and around 5.1t on T6 (thanks to being free, he gets to be EX3 and actually use his own SLB self-buff, but it’s still bad). It does some def/spr breaks and imperils a few elements, but itself is locked to dark, so none of that really moves the needle. 26.5
