Wiki Ratings Update (Boring units grind my gears)

Guess we’re back to boring units.
Midway between 30.5 and 31.0. Rounds down due to killer/resist gearing issues, since his shift spends too many materia slots on his TM and “Equip X” stuff, which is severely limiting if you need to gear for dual race killers and/or resists.
(As always, note that we rate units around EX1, which means that these are damage calculations without EX2 abilities.)
