As the title says it seems like Gumi might not have completely skipped it... was messing around doing those new quests and was looking thru my list of already max level units that I could awaken and weirdly Slime was there... went thru the menu and sure enough. For science I used up a blank prism and huzzah 7* slime. Awaken menu now showed the normal you need shards and to get STMR to awaken further. Checked the unit screen and of course had a lot of the error mst text but I had it...

And as soon as I backed out of the menus I no longer had any slime and prism still gone... so no screenshots because already disappear but you can at least check for yourself though I wouldn't recommend actually going thru with and hitting ok to awaken. Nice to know it seems Gumi still putting data in for things they are skipping. Not sure what all non 5* NVs we were supposed to get but checked Zile and doesn't show up for him

edit: and of course they are still getting back to me and investigating... almost sad I didn't get some STMRs lol
