Recently i was needing to farm Lapis on some old events and a unit needed DH magic, so near the top of my list of materia is Unmatched Wizardry, from a very old collab that will likely never be seen again. For those of us who still have it it used to bug in our favor giving more DH than it should. Well it seems this bug has come back to shine for us today. i have tested it on several characters and it now adds 100% instead of 50% doublehand, important since most rods are one handed, this doesn't work on TDH items still. Supposedly this bug was fixed, and after this post will likely be fixed again. So enjoy it for those of us who still have it.
