It's been a while since we had one of these trackers for story event materials. And given that this one can be farmed for multiple craftable jump hats, which is still the only one of its kind, I decided to track the drops of the stuff on the repeatable drops (so excludes first time clears).

NRG-Effient Priority

1. First daily quest clear of the day
2. Then spam either "Keepers Respite" or "A Chocopro Appears!"

Things to note:

• All of these stages were done with max drop-enhancements (pod cape), so I cannot confirm if they could give lower amounts for the unlucky. Seems unlikely though.
• While this takes into account NRG efficiency when farming them, it does not reflect the time efficiency. If you don't want to be reminded of the old ability material farming of old SE's, I'd advise to take the hit and just spam the daily.
