Two MK events in august?

According to the news, we will be receiving the special 5★ tickets on two occasions this month: on the event starting 8/6 and on the event starting 8/20.
Those tickets generally are given only on MK events.
Considering that looking at JP schedule the next MK events are FFIX, SK3 and FFVII R, this has one of the following implications:
- NV arriving on 8/20 (skipping SK3 MK)
- We are getting SK3 MK event (Notice that both Duran/Angela, and Kevin v2/Reiz v2/Charlotte v2 were MK events)
- Those tickets will be given outside of MK event or a GLEX MK event?
Also both of the select summon tickets will be given on those same events.
