Blue Sky Belle Fran's TMR gives:
Increase ATK and MAG (30%) when equipped with a bow
Increase physical damage against beasts and avians (50/50%)
If anyone plans on being serious for Dark Visions, it's a good idea to buy Blue Sky Belle Fran's trust moogles from the MK shop and fuse them into moogle prisms.
This is one of the few easily accessible sources of Beast Killer for most people
Other than that, the only decent and cheap sources of beast killer materias are:
- Beast Killer materia (max 1; 50%)
- Marquis de Leon's STMR (50%)
- Necropolis (max 1; 30%)
- Poach (15%)
- Scartio TMR (10%)
