AC Cloud LB damage buff

I find it a bit weird that AC Cloud has a 50% damage buff on his Full Throttle: Fenrir CD skill. It's a buff that gets overwritten by the bigger 100% buff that he gets when he uses his LB. Like the 50% will never be used by him unless we get some trial that can dispel you mid-LB (which probably wouldn't even work since the buff is part of the LB).
Edit: Seems like the only benefit you get from it is if you don't have his own tmr or star equipped
