Unless there's a major revamp in his skillset, RT Zidane looks like just another DPS, and a rather underwhelming option at that based on his JP skillset.

His DPS skill basically revolve around wind self-imbue and imperil up to 120%, which admittedly no one does it better than him. It however also makes him a super niche DPS as many other recent DPS choices prove to be more versatile in imperiling more elements (ie. Tidus, XWQL... though less % than him), or self-imbue more than just one element (ie. FFX2 Yuna).

Perhaps the part that he shines the most brightly could be in the evasion department, where we could easily gear him up to 100% evasion while still maintaining top-notch ATK numbers. He could also add 2 Mirages to the whole team (first unit in Global?). Then again, the idea of him being Support DPS is out of the door if he can't even support properly. If his evasion allows him to survive while his teammates all die, then it's still Game Over.
