As of the time of posting (~27 minutes after reset) both Locke and AK Rain are not listed in the posted rates for the paid Attacker (Re)Summon banner. This may be a reporting error or might be intentional.

Otherwise it's the exact reduced pool minus those two units. The only "Surprises" are Chocobo Fina and Kimono Ayaka, who I would have sworn would be put in the Mage banner to even the numbers a bit. And yes - Locke does technically fit under "Support" better but I think we all wrote it off as Gumi wanting to stuff the Attacker Banner.

If we assume Terra won't be in the Mage banner, that leaves 36 in the Attacker Banner and 23 in the Mage banner.

In the original news it says "Only certain units added to the game prior to November 21, 2019 will be included in the summon pool". This alludes to the reduced pool and a reasonable person would assume that Rain, Locke, and Terra would be included since they fit the criteria and are in the limited pool on other banners.

Rain banner started on Nov 7th and Locke/Terra started Nov 14th, before November 21st.

Always check rates before summoning.
