Update to event start/end dates

FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS.

Starting from Thursday, 10/17, general events, arena, and daily quests will start immediately after maintenance on >Thursdays and end before maintenance starts the following Thursday. This way, users can begin enjoying the events >immediately following maintenance.

* Events that are currently running such as FFII: Castle Palamecia - Exploration, FFII: The Cyclone, Wild Rose Firion >Unit Intro Quest, and FFII Step-Up Summon will still end on Friday, 10/18 00:59 PDT.
** The current arena season will last only for 6 days (Friday, 10/11 01:00 - Thursday, 10/16 PDT start of >maintenance) to accommodate the start date of the new arena season on 10/17.
