Didn't see any posts about it yet, but Kimono Fina's step-up looks really good to me:

20k lapis total with 3 guaranteed rainbows (one in the very first step), with one of them being KFina herself.
Anyone planning to pull? I feel tempted, even though I only have 24k lapis left and wanted to save for the new Lenna.
Edit: according to DreamblitzX preliminary numbers, "average-wise, looks like she pips Tsukiko for the top spot immediately".
