In both Player's Voice campaings, those two options were by far the ones with less votes (even losing to the terrible weapon TMR Summon).

We had this month the upgrades for the Fan Festa units and will have the upgrade for other GL Original units next month. We also had Zeno as a GL Original NPC unit. Both of them were very popular, but then the voting were a failure.

Well it is not hard to see why both voting were failures.
Neither of them were truly rewards for the players. The unit upgrade would benefit directly only those who already had the units, and the Original NPC would need to spend your resources to be obtained. Not to mention that we don't even know if the said units will be worth anything, as they can end being pretty bad.

So, with the bad results on the vonting, what consequences might it have for the future?

I'm really afraid that some stupid gumi executive comes to the conclusion that we don't want more unit upgrades and NPC units because of the poor results in the voting.
When in fact it would be great to have more of them, just not as something replacing a reward.
