Materia 4: MP 30% MP 30%

I'm not too sure but I think this is as easy as this parameter mission gets, and it's the only one I still have left to do.

Another good thing about Rivera.

Edit: The easy MP parameter mission gives a 30% MP materia as well, so if you got one Chocobo Rain TMR that's half the materias you need already.
