But alright, let's keep this short. Let’s look at the numbers after 10 pulls, ie. 25k lapis:
- 3★: 50 units @ 1% Banner rate
- 4★: 10 units @ 3.75% Banner rate

Verdict: The 5 1 banner is 2 - 13 times WORSE than the Step-up banner. So nope.
BONUS: Assuming this 5 1 banner has 5% Rainbow rate:
- 3★: 50 units @ 1.5% Banner rate
- 4★: 10 units @ 5.625% Banner rate
