In case you are new, still struggling with the Ice Bird aka. Reset bird, or just lazy and haven't beaten it yet, heres is the carry i am offering:

If you want the 4th mission done you will have to bring any hide unit (Xon preferably because he is always there when you need him) that has Ifrit equipped. i tried a couple times, and the esper bar was always full way before the end of the battle.
