Chow 7* and HP parameter mission

For those who owns Chow 7*, our best boi can hit over 25.500HP for the parameter with not much requirement for gears and materia. Here is a suggested build.
Note 1: if you have Lakshmi with 20% HP passive, you would not need to as high roll for HP in survival edge. Note 2: survival edge can be replaced by elven staff for the same effect. There are also many more ways to substitute the suggested gears/materia.
